Hey, I’m Nika
I’m originally from Slovenia and have lived in the UAE for the last 8 years. Sports and movement have been my passion since I was little. I was blessed by growing up in nature and having the guidance of my parents always to find an excuse to play around, jump and have an active lifestyle.
However, things get complicated when we “adult”, isn’t it? Like yourself, I also struggled to find a balance between my social/personal life while still looking “fit”. I pushed myself to crazy limits, was obsessed with training and had a poor relationship with food (binging can make you feel terrible about yourself).
