I went to the gym for several years already, but during covid times I couldn’t, so I needed to find a motivation to workout at home and this app was a life saver for me and I am sure for lots of people too. At that time I had to workout with equipment I had at home and this app helped me tremendously. 

It is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced workout. My fitness goal was to get toned a little bit and get into shape I was before covid. I can say that I am happy with my results by now, my muscles got a bit leaner and toned and the difference is noticable. To sum everything up, Nika’s help is a more than well invested money to improve your lifestyle. “I never tought I’ll be able to eat out without having anxiety, checking calories, overthinking the numbers. Numbers still bother me, but much less than before. I used to binge, crave, overeat, and kill myself with countless hours in the gym, if I ate too much I attended an extra zumba or other class.
